Nancy Pelosi Says—
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday, told a news conference in San Francisco: “There’s no way I can pass a bill in the House of Representatives without a public option.”
It is simply another lie that proves that the Democrats are not interested in a bipartisan approach, to the Health Care Bill. It has been nothing but a political charade that Nancy has been leading. She will ignore the wishes of a growing group of Americans to have a bill that eliminates the Statist push for a Public Option which will lead to complete government control of the Health Care in America.
Obama is leading the charade with his claim that the Republican Party is holding up progress on a Health Plan being enacted. This is absolute nonsense. If the Democrats wanted to pass the bill they do not need one Republican vote in the House or Senate. They have enough of a majority to pass a bill.
Nancy and Obama have a problem in their own ranks. They have to their dismay found that there are members of their own party that are listening to the public. The Democrat leadership strategy is to structure a blame game that has little basis in truth. Obama said yesterday that the holdup is due to a Republican political plot to use the Health Care bill as a strategy to regain control of Congress in 2010.
Somehow Obama and Nancy have equated opposition to their legislation as some kind of sinister un-American activity. The 1st Amendment only is allowable if it is used to support their effort to have government control all important elements of our life. Obama said yesterday that the Republicans have rejected a bi-partisan approach to the Health Bill and his party needs to move ahead. He called for his party to ignore the Republican concerns which he claims are holding up progress on the Bill. .
This statement is a total fabrication evidenced by the fact that Republican leadership has not been asked to meet with the President since April on the Health Care Bill issues. It is a strange approach to bi-partisan activity when the Republicans are not permitted to be the bi in bi-partisan activity. Obama’s political science courses taught him a form of bi-partisanship not yet recognized anywhere but inside his and Scary Nancy’s heads.
Obama must have cut the course the day they were explaining the meaning of bi-partisan. I don’t think we need to research what kind of course Nancy took on the subject. It is not part of any vocabulary she understands.
There is so much wrong with Nancy’s bill that it is a shame that the focus is only on the public option. The wrong headed approach in the public option portion of the proposal is duplicated by numerous other equally misguided ideas.
The financing of the plan is so outrageously structured that it should be stopped on that issue alone. The thought that government will be metering care given, based on the age of the recipient is repugnant. The plan to fine anyone who does not join into the government scheme is simply unacceptable. To enable the government to levy fines on business without any judicial process is Constitutionally unacceptable. To allow the government to extract by wire transfer, those fines without judicial action, from a business account in contrary to the rules of “Taking” that have governed such action throughout the history of relations between government and citizens is outrageous.
It has become increasingly evident that Obama ,Nancy and the leadership team have little interest in the restraints of the United States Constitution placed on government for the protection of it citizens. They also are not aware of that old tome that been proven to be especially prophetic- If you don’t know your history you are doomed to repeat it.
The History and Failures of The Democratic Administration Policy in the 1930’s was a history course that they didn’t know existed.
