Hugo Chavez Cheered in Copenhagen
A few weeks ago I determined to take it a little easy leading up to Christmas. I thought a few weeks concentrating on friends, family and Christmas would be a refreshing break. It is emotionally exhausting trying to figure out if we can survive the Obama reign.
There is no rest however with the Statist efforts to have government take over every aspect of our daily life.
Harry and Nancy haven’t taken a moment off trying to structure the government take over of the nation’s health care and the portion of our economy that it represents. Obama’s minions and friends are in Copenhagen working to give billions of dollars to poor nations in an effort to promote a world government, under the guise of stopping climate changes
Hugo Chavez was in Copenhagen voicing his opinion that capitalism is the great evil that needs to be replaced by Socialism. The gathered group of climate change radicals gave Chavez a standing ovation that lasted as long as his speech. Chavez appeared in a red shirt and a red beret and railed for 5 minutes about why the world should follow the lead he has taken in Venezuela in rearranging the government to Socialism during his administration.
A brief review of some of Chavez’s changes that received a standing ovation is in order.
Chavez has revoked the licenses of 34 radio stations. The first revoked license was a station that criticized his administration. The government has taken over the station and established government run programming to keep the people informed about events that affect their lives. There is a clear message to the other stations as to what happens if Chavez is criticized.
A similar move is the growing effort in the Obama administration to eliminate those stations on radio and TV that criticize Obama. The Fairness Doctrine ( which is anything but fair)is being promoted by Left Wing organizations as a means to shut down Conservative programs similar to those actions by Chavez in Venezuela.
The Chavez organization has eliminated term limits for their president. Chavez through his largess in spending has positioned himself to be President for Life. (think Stalin,Cho,Tito, Hitler etc)
I would not be surprised to see a proposal to end term limits for the Presidency in America coming out of our left wing administration. The growing move to provide health care, amnesty for 15 million illegal immigrants (aliens) and eventual citizenship is a clear signal that such a move will enable the Obama supporters to gain permanent control of government.
We can then all look forward to having all the benefits and lifestyle of a Central American Dictatorship.
My view of Copenhagen and those Statists attending, is molded by a very few clear ideas as to how our international relationships should work. Anyone who stands up and gives Chavez a standing “O’, is not a friend and gets erased from my frequently called contacts list.
That’s the first step.
I wonder what the President’s next step will be?

You never cease to impress. I would encourage your readers to do two things. First, consider the simple equation of life that there are those who produce taxes and those who consume taxes. Anyone who works for the government consumes taxes even though they pay taxes themselves. Those taxes are nothing more than a kick back to The Man. Without capitalist endeavors, there is no production of taxes so those who have statist goals are short sighted in their desire to create a society which cannot by definition sustain itself. The only reason socialism lasted so long in places like the Soviet Union, China, and even Venezuela is because of the subsidies through the IMF that are taken from the US. The other thing I would encourage your readers to do is find out about The Fabian Society. To understand the Fabians, is to understand the goals of Obama’s administration and their rationale.
